ChatGPT can now also be called

The AI company OpenAI is bringing its well-known chatbot ChatGPT to a new platform: the telephone. In the USA, you can call 1-800-CHATGPT (+18002428478) to talk to ChatGPT and ask questions.

One 15-minute call with the software per month is free of charge. In other countries – including Germany – ChatGPT can be reached at this number for text chats on WhatsApp.

OpenAI employees demonstrated in a video stream that calls with ChatGPT also work with an old flip phone and a telephone with a dial. The software was initially launched two years ago with written chats only, but it has been possible to use the voice function on computers for some time now.
