NotePin: AI notebook as a bracelet or necklace

Smartly packaged in a bracelet, necklace or clip is the new NotePin, an AI-based notebook. It can record, transcribe and summarize information.

Plaud.ai presented the new August 27, 2024 in San Francisco the new NotePin. In Germany, the device will also be presented to trade visitors at IFA 2024. It is an ultra-light handheld device that functions as an AI notebook. It can therefore increase productivity and efficiency in everyday office life in many sectors. With various wearing options, such as a wristband or necklace, the device can record, transcribe and summarize information. Thanks to advanced AI technology, the device gets to know its users over time and performs routine tasks before and after important meetings or events. This allows users to focus on creative, value-adding work. The NotePin will be available from August 28, 2024 at Plaud.ai for pre-order and will also be available on Amazon from Q4 2024.

• Wearable AI: Simply press “Record” to capture important conversations. The lightweight, compact NotePin is available as a bracelet, necklace, clip or pin.
• Meeting management: speaker labels make it easy to see who said what. AI functions summarize the notes and present the summary in professional templates that were co-developed by industry experts.
• Battery life: The NotePin runs for 40 days in standby mode and 20 hours of continuous recording.
• Secure and connected: Thanks to industry-leading encryption, data is well protected, with privacy being paramount. With the integrated “Find My” function, users always have their device within reach, and with the cloud service they can seamlessly access their recordings across multiple platforms.

The NotePin is aimed at professionals from various industries such as sales, education, medicine, engineering as well as so-called “digital nomads” and creative professionals.

The free Starter plan is said to offer 300 minutes of transcription time per month and support 59 languages. According to the manufacturer, the Pro plan offers 1,200 minutes of transcription time per month and advanced AI features such as speaker labels, professional and custom templates, audio import options and more.
